2. Website Usage Rules

• You shall use this website solely for legitimate B2B wholesale‑related inquiry and information‑gathering purposes.

3. Quotation & Sample Policy

• All quotations provided by DelugeStorm are for B2B business buyers only, valid for a limited period stated within each quote document.
• Sample requests: sample cost and freight shall be borne by the buyer unless separately agreed in writing. Sample delivery time is subject to stock status.
• Quotations displayed on the website are for general reference only; formal binding pricing will be delivered by email or WhatsApp written quotation.

4. Order & Contract Formation

Submitting an inquiry or sending purchase intent does not constitute a binding sales contract. A formal wholesale contract shall come into force only after both parties confirm written proforma invoice and receipt of agreed deposit payment. All bulk orders shall follow the specifications written within the proforma invoice.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All wholesale prices quoted exclude import duty, local tax and destination customs fees of buyer’s country unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Payment terms, deposit ratio and final balance arrangement shall be confirmed case‑by‑case via proforma invoice.
• DelugeStorm reserves the right to adjust quoted prices in case of raw‑material fluctuation, currency fluctuation or logistics cost change before deposit is received.

6. Production, Shipping & Risk Transfer

• Production lead‑time is estimated for reference; potential delays caused by force‑majeure events are outside our liability scope.
• Risk of product loss or damage transfers to buyer after goods are handed over to nominated shipping carrier.
• Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, import permits, local safety compliance and relevant import formalities in destination country.

7. Product Compliance Description

Our gel blaster toy products can provide test certificates such as EN71, ASTM, CPC upon request. It remains the buyer’s own responsibility to verify whether product specifications meet local import laws, market access rules and resale requirements of their target sales territory.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on delugestorm.com including product photographs, text descriptions, logos, graphic layouts belongs to DelugeStorm. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify or reuse website pictures and written materials for commercial purposes without our explicit written authorization.
