Products & Certifications
Do your toy guns have the necessary certifications for the US/EU market?

Yes. All our toy guns are certified with CPC, ASTM, and CPSIA for the US market, and EN 71 for the EU market. We can provide scanned copies of the certificates with official seals for your customs clearance and platform verification (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your toy guns?

The standard MOQ is 24 pieces per model for regular stock products. For customized products (e.g., logo printing, color modification), the MOQ is 100 pieces per model. We also accept trial orders of 5-10 pieces for new customers (higher unit price applies).
Are your toy guns safe for children under 14 years old?

Our toy guns are designed for children aged 14+. They use soft foam bullets (no sharp edges), non-toxic ABS plastic, and have an automatic safety lock to prevent accidental firing. All products pass strict mechanical safety tests to meet global child safety standards.
Shipping & Logistics
How long does it take to deliver the goods?

- In-stock products: 3-5 working days for production + shipping time (DHL/FedEx: 3-7 days to US/EU; Sea freight: 25-35 days to US/EU).
- Customized products: 7-15 working days for production + shipping time.
- Peak season (Sep-Dec): Add 2-3 working days to production time due to high order volume.
Do you provide door-to-door shipping or FBA delivery to Amazon warehouses?

Yes. We offer multiple shipping options:
1. Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Door-to-door delivery to your address.
2. Sea freight: Door-to-door or port-to-port delivery.
3. Amazon FBA delivery: We can pack and ship directly to your Amazon FBA warehouse with FBA labels (extra fee applies for labeling).
Customization & Payment
Can you customize the toy guns with my brand logo or modify the color?

Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services including:
- Logo printing (silk screen/UV printing) on the toy gun or packaging.
- Color modification (minimum 3 colors per model).
- Custom packaging (neutral packaging, brand packaging).
Customization fees apply (e.g., $50-$200 for logo mold), and the MOQ for customized products is 100 pieces per model.
What payment terms do you accept?

After-sales Service
What if I receive defective products?

We guarantee a defective rate of ≤3‰. If you receive defective products:
1. Take photos/videos of the defective products within 7 days of receipt.
2. We will either refund the defective amount or send replacement parts/products with your next order (freight free for our responsibility).
3. All our products have a 6-month warranty for non-human damage (we provide free replacement parts).
